Ipanema neighborhood founded in 1894, is one of the best known of Rio de Janeiro, and also one of the most luxurious. On Avenida Vieira Souto houses the most expensive real estate in Latin America, with a price per square meter up to 24,000 reales.

Leblon is an upscale neighborhood of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is located in the South Zone of the city and its distinguishing feature is its beaches, Ipanema are continuing.

Tourists who come to seek primarily Leblon beaches. At the end of Leblon, west, there is a viewpoint (Leblon Mirante) from where you can enjoy all the waterfront promenade, the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema and Arpoador Pedra.
